New evidence was released by police concluded that Nick Hogan had been DUI during the car accident, but holds his dad liable for supplying the booze to his 17 year old son!
The evidence shows a receipt from Albertson’s at 2:14 p.m. on the day of the DUI accident for $78 of beer and ice. A clerk said Hulk Hogan bought the beer and was accompanied by Nick and several other young men.
The report says Nick and his friends spent the day of the accident on a boat with Hulk, where everyone was consuming beers. Hogan's DUI defense attorney released a video that he claims shows Nick was not drag racing during the car crash that turned his passenger and friend into a vegetable.
